Με αφορμÞ τα 5 χρüνια λειτουργßας του, το μουσικü portal www.ebm.gr διοργανþνει party την ΠαρασκευÞ 1η Φεβρουαρßου 2008 στο club Underworld με guest DJ τον Ronan Harris των VNV Nation!!!

Πρüσφατα ο Mr Harris δημιοýργησε τους Modcom, Ýνα προσωπικü σχÞμα που προσπαθεß να αναβιþσει τους κλασσικοýς -πλÝον- αναλογικοýς Þχους των μηχανημÜτων της δεκαετßας του '70. EBM.gr, wishing to thank all its members for their support during these 5 years, organizes its anniversary party on Friday 1st February 2008 at Underworld Club with Ronan Harris of VNV Nation in a unique dj set!
Ronan will be supported with a group of the most popular djs in the underground electro scene in Athens:

- Dj Team “ Wrapped in Plastic”
- Dj Team of “EBM.gr”
There will also be a unique show with dancers in some of the Dj sets. The final timetable will be posted in our portal in due time.
Ronan Harris
Ronan Harris is the singer, composer and frontman of the popular futurepop band VNV Nation. Counting many albums and singles, many hits in clubs around the globe (like Beloved, Electronaut, Chrome, Darkangel, Genesis, Honour 2003, Nemesis…), a series of successful performances, sold-out gigs and international tours and with some of the most successful remixes for other artists, VNV Nation managed to become one of the most popular and loved bands of the so-called alternative electro music. Although some of their tracks were characterized as EBM, Industrial, even Synthpop, Ronan Harris is among the first musicians who used the term “futurepop” to describe the uniqueness and exceptionality of VNV Nation’s electro music, full of sentimental and imaginative melodies leading to multicoloured landscapes of sound and vision. Ronan’s talent to create a whole new world through his poetic vision of our universe is combined in a unified mixture of harsh beats and danceable electro tunes. Mr. Harris’ most recent personal project “Modcom” focuses on recreating and reviving analogue classic sounds of machinery of the 70’s.
