PRESS RELEASE FROM SIDE-LINE – Side-Line donates to sponsor South American girl
Side-Line sponsors South American girl + donates 878 dollar + continues Facebook action
On November 1, 2009 the industrial music magazine Side-Line announced that it would donate 1 dollar to charity per new member who joined the Side-Line Facebook page at www.facebook.com/Side.Line.Magazine . Since then 878 new people have joined and thus Side-Line will donate 878 dollar to the following charity project: Plan Belgium, part of the global Plan International organisation which sponsors children from the third world in order to help them go to school and get decent medical are. Side-Line will be more precisely sponsoring a young South American girl and will help her financially during her youth.
Side-Line will regularly post about her on Side-Line so that readers can all follow how she is doing and see how they indirectly have helped as well if only by being a member of the Side-Line Facebook page. However… 878 dollar is just sufficient to support this child for a bit less than 2 years. The aim for the magazine is to support her during her entire youth, hence why Side-Line will continue this action! They need at least 3.000 dollar more to make this happen!
Sign up for the Side-Line Facebook page and help Side-Line to help a child which needs your support to get decent medical care, go to school and so on. Chances which you got, but which this child never will get without your help. Support this by posting a link to this story on your Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Orkut, … every social network you are part of invite your friends from inside the industrial scene to join our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/Side.Line.Magazine . We can change something, you can change something.
