Five years have gone by since the latest Wolfsheim release ''Casting Shadows''. Since then it has been very silent around Peter Heppner und Markus Reinhardt. By now it is clear that Peter Heppner will continue a succesful solo career with a contract at Warner records, while Reinhardt is planning to continue with Wolfsheim without Heppner. It is rumoured the difference in opinion between the two have lead to a split and has to be settled in court.
Wolfsheim vocalist Peter Heppner will release his first solo album somewhere in 2008. It features songs in the English and German language. A special Peter Heppner fansite went online in support of the solo release.
